Educational Staff

Our team of committed teaching staff comprises a mix of local and international lecturers as well as professors from our partner universities. We engage more than 30 part-time associate lecturers from the industry associated universities to teach and interact with the students face to face, sharing their collective knowledge and professional experience. In order to guarantee ample contact between the lecturers and students, we maintain an average student-teacher ratio of 25 to 1. This allows our lecturers to develop concrete bonds with the students, creating an unparalleled and professional educational experience for our students.

Facilities

In addition to our devoted lecturers, we offer facilities that are designed to support the delivery of the courses. We have a student resource library with a wide variety of books specifically chosen to complement the courses we provide. Lessons are conducted in rooms that are able to sit 14 to 35 students at any one time at the respective rooms. They are outfitted with overhead projectors, slide projectors, video projection screens and whiteboards for an immersive experience.

Fees

All payable fees are visibly stated in the Standard PEI-Student Contract and explained by program consultant. Students are welcome to seek clarifications on payment matters with our pleasant staff.

Grievance Policy

We seek to provide a pleasant environment for our students and will endeavour to address any issue raised by students in grievance within 1 working day. Our Dispute-Resolution Officer will guide the students with the relevant procedures and counsel.
