OBJECTIVES
The programme is designed to meet the following aims:
PROGRAMME STRUCTURE The duration for the DTHM is five (5) months of theoretical studies and six (6) months of industrial attachment. Code Modules DHM501 Overview of Tourism and Hospitality DHM502 Food and Beverage Operations DHM503 Quality Service Management DHM505 Hospitality Operations Management DHM510DBM402 Property Management System DHM501 Tourism Operations Management DBM502 Communications in Business Practice DHM503 Global Service Management ASSESSMENT Students will be assessed according to requirement developed for each module. Some of the methods may include seminar presentations, assignments, examinations, class quizzes, and other approved assessment strategies. The modules are assessed by means of both 50% coursework and 50% examination. ADMISSION REQUIREMENT 'A' Level or equivalent Diploma holders from other institutions/ professional bodies will be assessed on case by case basis FEES The current fees set for the programme in Singapore are: Fee Schedule Tuition Fee S$8,000 Non-Tuition Fee Please refer to Standard PEI-Sudent Contract
